Also if you have flex duct that looks like this & is not all shiny (left), Change it!

That duct should be tested identified & changed out, but best to do that work after the hot Summer. We often time get calls for

odors & smells that will disappear after the heat is gone from the height of Summer, as well;

So the idea is to get your testing, inspections and evaluation done now & plan on the work in the Fall or Winter when its less expensive & more manageable for a work crew. This also gives a scheduler the appropriate amount of time in the attic to "git er Dunn"

Zucchini Muffin recipe:

Summer Love, but we’re overrun with Zucchini.
The Garden provides a bounty of Zucchini this time of the Summer. Here’s my Fav:

• Grate 3 cups of Zucchini (packed tightly) peeled or striped or not, your choice, I like the green!
• ½ tsp each of salt, baking soda, baking powder, & Cinnamon
• Add ½ C sugar, ¾ Cup A.P. Flour; Combine Dry ingredients,
• Then add 2 eggs and 4 oz. melted butter and fold gently, don’t over work.
• Fill 12 muffin cups ¾ full and Bake 22- 25 min at 350°, let cool 5 min in the muffin pan

Spice it up by adding jalapenos!
Or even Cheddar Cheese (4 oz.)
Sharp or Extra Sharp; ENJOY!!

The heat just keeps rolling and it’s nice to see it taper off a little since the end of July. We still have some heat out in front of us and those storms could fire up in the next couple months. Be prepared or at least give your place a quick “Lookaround” so you’re not riding the struggle bus if a storm
heads our way. Nothing is worse than getting caught “unprepared”

This Summer has flown by so fast it’s hard to imagine that the kids are about to head back to school soon. That means football season

is right around the corner and so I’ll be getting back on the band wagon for my beloved Denver Broncos! It looks like we finally have a healthy option again for a quarterback so I’m singing their praises again!!

My “Spidey sense” keeps going off on the Economy, the Weatherman & the Politicians. We are in for a full slate of activity as we head thru the Summer into the end of the year with cooler weather & a hot election. I won’t go full political here but to say this… “United we Stand, Divided we fall ! All those years of service in the US Navy has had

me concerned about our international standing but you can’t fret, you just,
