April’s Showers Brings May’s Flowers… It also brings us one month closer to that Summer Heat!
The typical situation I see is “if it ain’t broke let’s not fix it”… I think it would be great if that were our reality. However, there are planned maintenance (PM) programs all around us for a reason.

It’s a month of chasing rainbows and looking for Pots ‘o Gold.
Let me say there is real gold in your home comfort system, by that I mean, extending its service life, not needing to buy a new A/C system will leave gold in your pocket; also, a tune-up and cleaning before heading into Spring & Summer will leave some coins for you too, instead of giving them to FPL in the form of wasted energy.

Wow, January, Gone! and we’re into February, just like that! It seems as if Winter begins to accelerate in February with Valentine’s (on a Friday this year) and flying thru the shortest month of the year.
